Artisan Consulting Engineers was tasked to provide easement surveys for Ameren Electric. This project was approximately 8 miles of transmission lines and covered 16-18 sections, retracing easements covering over 75 parcels of land from Bunsonville to Tilton Illinois in Vermilion County.

This project required the following:

Deed and record research, field survey and boundary line analysis, located existing transmission lines, surveyed field encroachments, prepared easement exhibits, metes & bounds legal descriptions, reviewed title commitments, set RFID markers, map encroachments into the proposed easement, defined new easement boundaries, prepared signed and sealed easement exhibits, refined legal descriptions, provided data in shape file GIS Format, provided final CADD file of survey and point files, provided weekly progress reports to Project Manager. The deliverables consisted of providing owner with new legal description and a Plat of Survey, defining new easement boundaries with the seal and signature of an Illinois Professional Land Surveyor.
