Preliminary Headstone and Topographic Survey - Artisan provided topographic surveying services to locate the corner of the markers in each required section. Artisan obtained the necessary field data, and mapped the topographic data creating contours, and imported the contours into CAD files that were submitted to the National Cemetery Administration Department of Veteran Affairs for approval prior to raising or realigning.
Surveying Layout – Artisan provided layout for construction associated with raising, lowering, realigning, and resetting headstones (42,634 total).
Surveying Turf Area – Artisan surveyed turf areas of multiple sections for verification of the contract estimated quantities. The limits of the sections to be surveyed were defined by contractor personnel.
Surveying New Sections – Artisan coordinated with the Cemetery and established locations and layout for gravesites, permanent control markers, and headstones for several new sections within the cemetery.

As-Built Drawings – Artisan provided preliminary and post work as-builts per specification requirements of the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
