Artisan Consulting Engineers was tasked to provide a topographic survey and Subdivison Plat of a +/- 40 acre site that was to be used for storm water management for the Keith Creek drainage area. In conjunction with the engineering design, the site was subdivided to provide lots along Springwheat Street for housing.

The project scope consisted of providing topographic data for the +/- 40 acre site for engineering design, and a final plat. Cross sections of Springwheat Street and Bell School Road ROW were required to provide future access points to the site as well. A drainage analysis of Keith Creek to size the future retention area required 25' cross sections (both upstream and downstream of the site). The field data was collected and imported into MicroStation to generate a Digital Terrain Model of the existing ground features. The model was used for design of the retention pond. Upon completion of the design, Artisan subdivided the site into residential lots and a public park for the City per state, and local requirements.
