Artisan provided full engineering and land surveying services for USACOE. North Avenue is an existing roadway north of Rodman Avenue between Gillespie Street and East Street on the military arsenal. The project consists of complete removal and replacement of the existing North Avenue, addition/ replacement of sidewalks, new curbs, new dumpster pads and enclosures, new utility locations. Additional site information included tunnels under roadway needed inspection and analysis for mitigation and a requirement that two cannons needed to be displayed on concrete monuments along the avenue.

Design of roadway construction plans included horizontal and vertical geometric design, grading and drainage design and analysis, pavement design, utility coordination and utility plans. Artisan also prepared storm water reports and analysis including detention calculations and routing summaries. Artisan provided topographic surveys and exhibits and construction staking per ACOE specifications.
