The purpose of the traffic study was to evaluate and propose options that provide suitable access to the site with minimal impacts to the adjacent roadway network. The study area includes Spring Creek Rd. from Reid Farm Rd. to Perryville Rd. just adjacent to a new development in Rockford Illinois.

The scope of the traffic study for the development involved the west of Perryville Boulevard and straddling Spring Creek Road. The study included traffic impact analysis, including analysis of required modifications to existing signals at Ashwin Boulevard and at Perryville Road.
