Artisan was tasked to perform sub-consulting civil engineering services associated with IDOT District Two US 30 Corridor Study. This study was to determine if updated traffic projections will strengthen the viability of the No-Build Alternative.

Artisan Consulting Engineers assisted in the evaluations. The focus of the evaluations, particularly the capacity analysis was between IL 78 and Bishop Road through Morrison. Additional areas were also evaluated including Moline Road spur intersections/ interchange area. Artisan assisted the Prime to reevaluate the corridor with project management and administration, due diligence, re-assessment of Alternative 5, development of enhanced no-build concept, and additional technical memos.
